MEET LANEY
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and always will be. Maybe because it’s really all about the food and there’s nothing I love more than food bringing people together.
My mom hosted Thanksgiving every year when I was a kid and I still remember the feeling I got as I walked downstairs on Thanksgiving morning. The perfectly set tables, soup simmering on the stove, football on the television and the calm chaos of getting everything cooked and ready for our feast.
Family and friends would trickle in around noon to hang out, watch TV, and, of course, eat all the snacks. We were a sweatpants family for Thanksgiving, never dressed up, so we all sat around the fire, eating appetizers, legs piled on top of each other and we simply enjoyed each other’s company.
Thanksgiving isn’t just a meal. It’s an experience. An experience you deserve to enjoy and not miss out on because of poor planning. I’m so excited to help make your Thanksgiving stress-free so you can enjoy the holiday for what it’s meant to be.
I’m sitting with your Thanksgiving Guide, planning my Thanksgiving Day for 18 and feeling sooooo relaxed. I've been married 30 years and can’t remember being this chill about a holiday.
OMG Laney, I used your guide and it has made this Thanksgiving the BEST ONE EVER!! No stress, everything was perfect and I actually got to enjoy my company. Now the kitchen is clean, company is gone and I’m relaxing!!! That has never happened before! Best Thanksgiving EVER!!!
My in-laws are still talking about Thanksgiving and how delicious and perfect everything was. I’m so proud and thank you for making my life easier.
